Stratagem was established in 2013 by director Mark Matheson. Mark is a Chartered Town Planner and has many years of experience within the planning and development sector.
Prior to establishing Stratagem Mark worked for three London local planning authorities giving him an excellent understanding of the culture and working practices within development management.
Mark has successfully led project teams to secure planning permission on many complex and challenging sites and particularly enjoys identifying innovative strategies to unlock the planning potential of properties.
