The term ‘STRATAGEM’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

You also have rights in relation to automated decision making, including profiling. We do not use automated decision making in relation to the collection of your information in support of your claim or policy.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES STRATAGEM HOLD ABOUT ME?

When you sign up for our STRATAGEM newsletter, we collect the personal information you give us.

This includes:

WHAT DOES STRATAGEM DO WITH MY DATA AND WHO PROCESSES IT?

STRATAGEM’s registration process is managed in house by our administrative team.

When you register with STRATAGEM, you submit your details via our website. We store your data on a secure server behind a firewall and it is also listed on a document stored securely on our Google Drive.

Your information will be removed if you request to be removed from our database. By sharing your name and email address with us, you agree to STRATAGEM adding them to our mailing list for Newsletter purposes.

We will use your details to keep you in touch with STRATAGEM by sending you emails containing our newsletter. In order to do this, we store your name and email address together in our Mailchimp account. You can access Mailchimp’s privacy policy here.

If you do not wish to be contacted by us in this way, please let us know by emailing us at team@stratagemplanning.co.uk and we will remove you from the mailing list. You can also opt out by clicking the “Unsubscribe”button which you will find at the bottom of every email you receive from us. If you choose not to be contacted, we recommend you frequently check the News page on our website in order to stay up to date.

We do not use profiling or automated decision making when processing your data for any purpose.

DISCLOSURE

We may only disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.

DATA RETENTION

• STRATAGEM PLANNING CONSULTANTS will retain your data only as required or permitted as per GDPR, and while it has a legitimate purpose for doing so.

• Data will be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
• Data retained will include your name and email address.
• You have the right to be forgotten and may request for this data to be deleted.
