This Listed Building is part of a Georgian terrace sitting within the Upper Street North Conservation Area. Our client wished to both alter and extend the house. We provided guidance on the best way to approach the works so as to be in accordance with heritage best practice. The challenge was to integrate the changes whilst preserving and enhancing the historic character of this handsome Georgian building. We obtained planning permission and Listed Building Consent for the proposed works despite some changes to the original fabric.
