We were instructed by Sanderson Studios to work with them in developing a scheme for a four bedroom family home on garden land within a conservation area. We provided guidance to ensure that the design was compliant with planning policy at national, regional and local levels. Being garden land, the management of arboricultural and biodiversity impacts was key. We provided support throughout the planning process ensuring a smooth application and a successful outcome.
