The clients came to us with a project to alter this Grade II listed building in the West Greenwich Conservation area with sensitive heritage issues. The house is an early 19th Century brick and stucco villa with two side extensions flanking the original cottage. We assisted the owners with sensitive alterations requiring planning permission and listed buildings consent.
