The owners of a high street retail unit in Battersea came to us to explore the development potential of the residential upper floors and the rear storage area. The rear area is a confined site, but a scheme was created with the architects Architecture by Rosie for a three bedroom house which integrated with the existing fabric. We obtained planning permission for the new house and the changes to the existing residential units. Our clients have retained their commercial unit on the High Street and now have permission for a new house and four attractive apartments.
